There are several criteria that make me qualified to handle your future negotiations: being able to point out issues with the property before inspections, solid estimates on upgrade cost, connections to local contractors, remodeling consultation, investor planning (flip or renting plans) and estimates on repairs for "as is" properties. Unlike other realtors that have a ton of listings and represent a ton of buyers, I recently gained my real estate license. Consequently, I do not have the huge clientele that other realtors do. I have contractors that take care of all my personal investment properties, so I can focus on my clients. Don't work around other agents schedules!
