Very helpful with the process and made it go smooth and very good communication and fast responses at any hour of the day/night. Lots of great information and knowledgeable about programs for areas if needed and very realistic with expectations.

Nick was a pleasure to work with. He provided detailed information about the selling process and was there via text or phone call to answer any of the many questions I had since this was my first experience with selling a home. My mom passed away and I decided to sell her home. Nick was compassionate and made the whole process painless. He even stepped in and helped clear out the house when one of the guys he hired couldn't make it! Now that's dedication!

Nick was awesome to work with. From beginning to end, he was responsive. In fact, before Nick was my agent, I had a whim idea to see a home and Nick immediately said he would accommodate me. It ended up being the home that I bought. Any question I asked, he was there. This process can be daunting, but I did not feel that way with Nick. He made the process smooth and simple without condescending or impatience. Ultimately, I got the home that I wanted in the price-point that I wanted in the time-line that I wanted. What more could be asked for?!
