Nick Garcia

Nick helped me locate a rental as I just moved to IL from out of state. Nick immediately set up a site so I could review properties that he would send to me, rate them and ask for viewing if I was interested. He would respond quickly and arrange a viewing. I found an apt and advised Nick but he did not give up. He found a condo for me and had me look at it. I signed an appilication that day and Nick even surprised me as he had the landlord come down on the rent for me. I have lived here 5 months and love it. When I am ready to buy my house here in the next 2-3 years Nick will be the first person I turn to for assistance.

Nick was a great realtor that sold my old house and who will now be selling my husband's house as well. He explains everything in simple terms and gives you an easy to follow packet at the start of the contract. I felt that he took a personal interest in selling my house by doing open houses, following up with prospective buyers, and keeping in weekly contact with me. When it came time to negotiations, I knew he was trying to get me the best deal for me and not just to make a sale and get his commission. I whole heartedly recommend Nick Garcia as a realtor.
