Nicholas was very understanding and helpful... we had never sold a house before and he answered every question we had and made it as easy as possible. Everything he said he would do he did, and if he told us that he would have something to us by a certain time it was most of the time early or at the very least on time. I would recommend Nicholas to anyone buying or selling a house, he is a great real estate agent.
