Nick Mazzilli, a native of New York with deep roots in the Columbia and Charleston areas of South Carolina, discovered his passion for real estate amidst his studies in science and biology. However, it was the allure of real estate as an investment and source of wealth that truly captured his imagination. Upon graduating from the College of Charleston with a degree in Biology, Nick wasted no time in immersing himself in the world of real estate.
