Nick Patterson

I was born and raised in the North Suburbs of Chicago in Evanston and Wilmette. After graduating from New Trier High School back in the 90's I went off to Miami University in Ohio where I obtained my BA in Mass Communications and a BS in Political Science. I started in the Real Estate Business with Coldwell Banker in the winter of 2003 and within 2 months made my first sale and was runner up for Rookie of the year in the office with $5.5 million in total sales. Since then I have been involved in over 100 transactions and growing! After 4 years with the big company. I decided it was time to go on my own. New technologies are changing the marketplace and the large traditional corporate firms are way behind the times. We are entering an interesting time in the Chicago Real Estate market where new rules are being written everyday. As the internet has made access to the information so accessible, the role of the Real Estate agent needs to adopt to survive. I see this change coming and Kale Realty is ready!!
