We first met Nick when looking for a rental. We were relocating from out of state; not only was he informative and patient, but when I arrived in town, kids in tow, he helped me deal with my difficult landlord. He even helped us negotiate down rent price. When we were getting ready to buy, he was again patient and accommodating as we looked at houses all over the map- literally. Over the course of about 6 months, maybe longer, he walked us through half of the houses in Orlando, it seems, and never batted an eye about it. He worked with us through one offer (seller wouldn't budge) that didn't work out. And he stayed patient as we hunted down the home we finally purchased! He checked on the home repeatedly while it was being constructed, and attended walk through with me when my husband could not be present. We even got a wonderful house warming gift!
