She’s great but a bit sneaky.

Nicky was very hard to work with. She called me one day and insisted I call a number for the UI disconnect which turned out to be a scammer wanting money from me and I had to go to my local police to report the incident. She would not always tell me when people were coming to look at my home . I would come home and either my front door was wide open not locked or things would be moved and out of place. I was scheduled to have a home inspection left the house only to find out when the inspection was to be done that it had been cancelled. It took Nickie weeks to post my home on the market missing good summer time weeks to sell it and or buy a better condo. She would meet me for important contracts in a McDonalds parking lot. I had to find my own condo and when I would try to put a bid in a little lower than asking price she would either not put the bid in or if I insisted on going lower for the condo I did get she took off the flooring and that cost me over 3 thousand dollars. I had to have the condo painted I did buy due to the lady being a smoker and it was a bad paint job I paid three thousand dollars for and when I contacted her the day before the closing she never contacted me back and I had also observed a mouse sticking it's end out of the condo unit ac plug hole. This has turned into quite a problem. She never arranged for a final walk through on the condo and never told me the condo association had low reserves and were in need of roofs and a new driveway.

Nickie was our listing agent when we sold our first home 17 years ago and our second home which we sold this year. She is very knowledgeable and gave us expert advice, allowing us to sell at our house at the price we were asking. She was always available when we had questions or concerns.
