Nico Argento

Nico found us exactly what we were looking for in a new home

The time and effort that Nico spent helping me find my first home was so appreciated. When working with Nico, you can definitely tell that he cares a lot about his clients and he loves what he does. Nico helped me purchase my first home and he was always so professional. He listened to the specific requests that I had and he was able to find me my dream home within my budget. He always offered the most honest and professional advise when I had questions. Nico made a process that can typically be very stressful and made it extremely easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Nico to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home in the Las Vegas area.

As first time home buyers we had an amazing experience with Nico. From our initial meeting all through the hunt and the closing, it was a seamless experience. He really listened to our wants and needs and found us the perfect house and also provided us with a lot of knowledge about pre-owned vs. new build homes. He attended all of our meetings with potential builders and asked all the questions that my husband and I wouldn't have thought to ask. At the end of it, he was able to negotiate the price and we closed on the perfect house! We never felt like he pressured us or rushed us into finding the right house and he was always responsive in emails, calls, and texts. I'd definitely recommend Nico for anyone looking to buy a house!

Nico was very helpful and knowledgeable about buying homes. He helped me understand the process of purchasing my first home. Walked step by step with me and was very patient with all the questions i had for him. I will definitely us him again as my realtor.
