Nico Ericksen-Deriso

I enjoyed working with Nico for he was always very professional and he is very good at what he does in the field of real estate. Instantly I felt very comfortable in working with Nico and absolutely insisted that another family member give the agent I met which was Nico the job of marketing and selling the property. It proved to be the correct decision for Nico came back in literally about 2 days with many offers!! And myself and that family member closed for almost double what the other agent was offering. It was the best decision made amidst the loss in the passing of our father and just needing good assistance in going through the process of selling a property.
