Nico Roensch

Nico helped us with selling our home in Ozaukee County and buying a home in the Fox Valley. He has been a joy to work with. We previously built our first and only home, so we had never worked with an agent before and didn't know what to expect. From the start, Nico put our concerns at ease by being patient with us and fully answering every question we had. No one knows the answer to every question, and Nico didn't gloss over or try to talk around things--if he wasn't absolutely sure about something, he openly said so, promised to find the correct information and to get back to us quickly. Which he did, every single time (and we had a lot of questions!).The staff supporting this real estate group is skilled and experienced. Nico doesn't mind if we text or call at odd hours, and is never judgmental about our lack of real estate knowledge. I cannot imagine him being anything but open and honest with every client. My recommendation to anyone reading this who is looking to sell or buy a home: Give this young man a call, you will not regret it!

Nico has been a tremendous asset in our search for a home in the Appleton area. He is always happy to respond immediately to my many requests by text or phone, even at unusual hours of the day. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home or lot.

Nico has been great to work with! He listened to what we needed and has helped me to find exactly what we wanted. He has been a source of optimism throughout the process of buying a house, which was very helpful to me as someone who wasn't sure what to expect at each step of the way. He loves what he does, and it shows in the way he engages. I would recommend working with him to anyone.
