Nicki was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am not from the Catskills but wanted property to get away from city life. We worked for nearly 2 years looking for the right property which we finally found. Over that time she never once tried to sell me on a place. In fact she pushed me away from a couple telling me that I wouldn't be happy with them. She was so right! Nicki was always willing to travel all over NY state with me looking for the right place never once telling me the drive was too far for her. Her knowledge of the vast area Upstate was quite impressive. Lastly, once we finally found the right place she aggressively worked on my behalf negotiating my points of interest. I have zero reservations recommending her and my 5 star rating is actually low. If she's not your first call you've likely made a mistake.

Nickie is hard working, reliable, determined and focused on finding you the perfect home from the moment you meet her... but what really sets her apart from every other agent is the real characteristic you're looking for in a realtor... you can trust her. Really, trust her. Nickie always has your best interest at heart, and unlike some realtors, Nicki points out flaws in the property and doesn't try to hide or downplay them. She accurately estimated repair costs and doesn't suggest countless unrealistic improvements, because as Nickie puts it, "I tell it like it is." Her British work ethic is almost as strong as her London accent, which is charming by the way. Nickie earned her commission and then some, sending us countless listings and showing us more than 30 houses over the course of more than a year. She never gave up and never pressured us. She's game to explore any property, whether its hiking down a gorge to a hidden waterfall (we did this), or following trails in the rain through cow pastures (another of our adventures), or nearly falling through the floor of a "fixer-upper," Nickie never lost sight of finding us the perfect home... and she did. We got the exact home we wanted, at the exact price we wanted to pay for it. I couldn't have asked for more from working with Nickie and yet, I got one more thing out of it... a new friend. Nicola did the research and made sure my house was perfectly priced. She didn't waiver from her estimate of the house's marketability and waited for the right buyer to come in. The sale went quite smoothly. I recommend her for her measured approach and her honesty in working for the seller to make the sale.
