Nicole is a licensed real estate agent and is currently with Better Homes and Gardens/The Masiello Group. Downeast Maine has been her home for over twenty years. She attended UMM, taught elementary/middle school for twelve years, and Chaired the Machias Wild Blueberry Festival from 2013 to 2015. She's involved in choirs and theatre, and for ten years was the President of Downriver Theatre Company. She truly loves all this area has to offer. Downeast is a great and diverse community of locals and “people from away.” Life here can be one of communing with nature or one of great activity within our many groups. - Nicole S listed and sold my home
Nicole engaged in matters related to my home beyond all expectations. For example, a plexiglass/screen for my porch blew out with a strong widn. Nicole put it in the basement rather than leaving it on the porch. She also arranged things in my home to make the home more sellable. Also, viewings occurred during covid 19 and Nicole purchased sanitizing wipes and I'm sure used them following prospective buyers' visits.
