My brother and I live out of state and inherited our parents' home when our mother died unexpectedly before Thanksgiving. If you have ever had this experience, you know the stress involved to handle this-- and it's even harder to be done remotely. I contacted Nicole the day after Thanksgiving, and she promptly emailed me a friendly and thoughtful response. She was empathetic and by the end of the day had given me great advice how and when to tackle this project. She helped us get the house ready for market, gave us a variety of contacts to accomplish various tasks, and we had it on the market the within less than 2 months.
