I had the pleasure of working with Nicole over the past few months to find a multi-family property in the West Town/Logan Square area. From day one, Nicole was incredibly responsive, whether via email, phone, or text. When I requested a showing during her vacation, (unbeknownst to me,) she offered to change her flight to accommodate my millennial quest for instant gratification. After getting a few details about my criteria, Nicole started sending relevant listings, and she showed me several places on our first outing. At our first property, she had a fancy little book with photos, listing sheets, and several possible financing scenarios for each property prepared. There's just something so terribly romantic and official about a bound book - I really loved having all the information I needed to compare properties quickly and easily. Although I've purchased several properties in the past, I've never had an agent who was so thorough and prepared. As we worked our way down the list, she had a keen eye for finding potential areas of value or concern. And she was as polite as could be when one owner tried convincing us there "was only a little standing water" in the basement, as she gingerly slogged through four inches of stale water in wedges. After working with Nicole, I am impressed with her professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of the neighborhoods I was interested in. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Nicole. She was an absolute pleasure to work with!

We could not have asked for a friendlier, more responsive, and more professional realtor. Nicole made the process of buying a home as seamless as it could possibly be. She answered all our questions promptly and in detail. If for some reason she didn't know the answer, she took the initiative to find it for us. During the inspection process she meant with contractors on our behalf when we couldn't. She also uses technology to her and her clients benefit, making signing all the paper work that much simpler. Nicole went above and beyond for us. She represented us on the sale of our Condo. She was very thoughtful and informed when advising us how to price and negotiate with buyers. We didnt occupy the condo and Nicole helped so much with meeting vendors and utility companies on our behalf to let them in the unit because were not neatby. Nicole was really "on the ball"! When we first met her, we were considering a loft type condoand while she showed us severalit became clear that a loft would not be big enough. So, with Nicole's help we reset our sights on a large single family home. She was very helpful in setting up viewings and taking us around and dealing with the sellers' agents. When we finally settled on a home, she and her associates helped walk us through the process of negotiating, and buying the new house. The nice thing about Nicole and her associates is their friendly professionalism. The buying process was easy and relaxed with no drama. Her advice was always timely and useful and her knowledge of the area really helped!

We've had a great experience with Nicole! We met her at an open house for a property she had listed, and ended up chatting for a while. That property wasn't the right fit for us and sold that opening weekend, but we decided to work with Nicole on our search. She worked very patiently with us for many months to find the right place. Nicole is always responsive, attentive, and friendly.The only area where I think we could improve together better in the future is identifying our search parameters, so we're seeing all possible options (although that can be overwhelming!).We will definitely be working with Nicole again in the future, and would recommend her to our friends. If you're looking in Logan Square and/or for investment properties, she is the right person for the job!
