I originally was working with a mortgage banker but my experience with him was not so good. I heard about Nicole through others at work and the moment I started working with her everything fell into place. Nicole was on top of EVERYTHING. Every day she would have new houses for me to look at, made sure I understood everything (I’m a first time home buyer so I needed to have things explained to me thoroughly and I was not educated well on the hole buying experience), and fought for me with pricing and negotiations on any house I put an offer in. In the end I found my first home thanks to her and it couldn’t be more perfect. I always recommend Nicole to anyone that asks for a good realtor because I know they won’t be let down.

That being said after interviewing 2 agents we chose Nicole to sell our home. She is very professional and knowledgeable.Nicole came back, after interviewing her, to take pictures and measurements galore. Because we were in the middle of boxing things up if a box was in the way of her photo she simply moved it.Nicole was very much in tune with what we wanted to have as the sale price and other specific items we wanted in our contract. For example we didn't want an open house for the public to come in and be nosy. She held an open house via invitation to realtors. It was successful.I think it took 30 days to sell our home. But the buyers then wanted another 6 weeks for a closing date. Nicole always ran things through us without hesitation. When we had a question she was quick to respond.Looking back I remember thinking Nicole was working daily on our home. She was!! If we stayed in the area we would definitely use her skills again.We highly recommend Nicole as your agent.
