Nicole was hard working and energetic. She kept me well informed every step of the process. I felt she worked in my best interest while maintaining a high level of ethics and honesty.

Nicole helped me find the house of my dreams! Never once did she push me or make me feel uncomfortable which was great being that buying a house is stressful enough. She also helped me sell my condo with a short escrow with in the same month which was awesome!! I highly recommend her as your agent. Nicole holds your hand through the whole stressful real estate process. However, that is not what I find amazing about her. I have been investing in income properties since 1976. Most realtors are there for the deal. Once the deal is done, it is done. Nicole has continued to be there for me once the deal closed. I had at least two incidences when I was out of town and needed help. I called Nicole, and she did not hesitate to help me. She took care of everything so that I could relax and my tenants were treated kindly. Currently, she is looking for another property for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend or relative.

Both my husband and I would use Nicole Hinkle again in a heartbeat for either selling or buying real estate. When we started we had seriously considered selling our home ourselves. Several people (including an escrow company) said it was simple to do and would save us a lot of money. We also considered using a company like Redfin and others because they offered low points to sell your home. After meeting with several agents and representatives from these other companies we started feeling uneasy about going the cheap route. They just didnt make us feel comfortable about listing our home and getting it marketed like Nicole did. Nicole has such a positive, upbeat personality and we liked everything she had to say about helping us sell our home. Of course we wanted to list our home for a high price but Nicole suggested we start out just a little lower and see what the market would do. Within 1 week we had 6 offers on our home. We negotiated and settled on a buyer and thought well that is the end of that, our home has sold and now we just wait for everything to close. Little did we realize that is when the real work of a realtor begins. With a very short escrow there were numerous things that came up that she had to act on and ALWAYS kept us informed. She handled the process of selling our home (that we loved for many years) with the up most professionalism and understanding (cutting the ties to your home can be hard). Both my husband and I would recommend Nicole in a heartbeat (either selling or buying).
