I can't put into word how amazing my experience was with Nicole! She by far exceeded all my expectations. You can see she truly enjoys her job and helping her clients find a perfect home for them. I mostly appreciated her honesty with properties or areas she didn't see fit for me. She is a fantastic communicator and makes sure you're comfortable and informed along every step. I would 100 % suggested Nicole for anyone searching for a home. Also.. she's the sweetest!!

Nicole Nicolay is an amazing realtor. She is so positive, patient and flexible. What we really appreciated about Nicole was her promptness and communication with us. We would receive an email and text immediately after she set up appointments for us to see homes or as a follow up afterwards. She was always punctual and willing to set up "last minute" appointments for us per our requests. We felt so comfortable because she was willing to show us so many homes but never put pressure on us to make a decision right away. If she didn't know the answer to our question(s), she always followed up with us once she did her research. Nicole Nicolay demonsrated integrity, honesty and kindness which was very important to us as buyers.

Nicole is the best type of person to work with on something as big as purchasing a home. Even if there was something she didn't know, she always knew who to ask or where to find information at every step of the process.She was always very responsive. Managing to balance feeling like you're texting a trusted friend while maintaining professionalism at every point. Buying a house is a very stressful process and at times can even be demoralizing. Having someone like Nicole in your corner can really give you the confidence needed to keep trying because someone is working so hard just to help you. Nicole always made me believe that I was going to find my home eventually and stuck by me from start to finish (and even after closing)! I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, ESPECIALLY first time buyers!

Pure excellence! Nicole is extremely hardworking, professional, knowledgable, and so friendly. I never had a doubt in my mind throughout the entire process that I wasn't in good hands.
