More about Nicole Marsh

Wow! What a time to buy a home and even a better time to sell one. I'm Nicole, your personal real estate broker professional. It's my goal to guide you in the real estate process, whether buying or selling a home. I love what I do, so much that I even became an investor in real estate myself. However in-between time when I'm not working with clients such as yourself, you can find me spending time with my loving family. Like most, I enjoy traveling, but my favorite thing is to bake with my daughter. She's at an age where she wants to help with everything and sometimes that even means helping me sell a home! I have been doing this for over 7 years now. I've taken classes and have designations, but what matters most to me is being able to connect with you to help understand your real estate needs. I service the San Antonio- New Braunfels surrounding areas, but know agents EVERYWHERE! I'm always a phone call away, 830-320-1657. If you're hesitant, ask yourself this, why not now?

Nicole listed and sold my home
Nicole was great when it came to selling my rental property. She was very knowledgeable about the true market value of the home and was able to get it listed and under contract quick with her marketing. Will definitely use again with my next listing.
Nicole helped me buy a home
Nicole was an amazing Realtor to work with! She sold my home fast and answered all the questions that I had. I would use her again if I needed her and recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Well thats it. My first house I ever bought which became my rental property is no longer mine. Had some really good times in that house. I hope the new owners enjoy it.Looking back I cant believe there was a time I was taking out payday loans to pay off payday loans. Behind every successful man is a smart and powerful woman. I am a firm believer in that.Big thank you to Nicole J. Marsh our realtor. You were great! If any of my people in Killeen need a realtor I highly recommend her.
