Nicole Mudd

Nicole brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and selling experience. She partners with her clients and understands how difficult and important the decisions can be when buying and selling a home. Nicole Relocated to the area from Buffalo NY in 1997. She has since experienced several moves herself over the years, moving her family throughout the Triangle, and currently lives in West Cary. Now she is a longtime resident of the area, with three children in the Wake County school system (elementary, middle and high school), and spends time fostering her children’s passion for gymnastics, rock climbing, golf and art. Thru these family oriented experiences, Nicole has developed a deep, but practical, understanding of the diverse needs of families in our community.
