Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith-Pellegatti is one half of the “Mother and Daughter Team” with her mother and partner, Diane Smith she has been working as a licensed realtor since 1997. At 20, Nicole obtained her real estate license while pursuing her marketing degree from the University of South Florida and worked her way through college as a realtor. She has extensive experience in rentals, sales and investment properties and loves working and educating first time homebuyers helping them to avoid the pitfalls when buying your first home. Her motto has been, “Whether it’s a $50,000 condo or $400,000 home , Service OUTSELLS Promises! As a lifetime resident of Pinellas county, Nicole specializes in the areas of Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, East Lake and Southern Pasco County. Nicole also enjoys spending time with a Tampa Non Profit, raising funds, writing grants and planning special events for adults with developmental disabilities.
