Nicole Spencer is the hardest working realtor Ive ever known! She goes all out to get a house sold. She spent a couple of days staging our house to present it in the best way. Then she hired a professional photographer to take photos of the inside and outside, during the day and at dusk. Not only did she use these photos in the listing, but also on a professional looking glossy brochure. Nicole is a great communicator and always gets back to you quickly. Nicole helped us find and buy our dream house in Roseville. She not only made a complicated process simple for us but she also helped us find tradespeople to make a few updates to the home before we moved in.
