- Niki listed and sold my home
Niki sold our home in just 3 days. We were stressed about our recent out of state transfer and Niki closed the deal fast, almost too fast ha. Niki was able to negotiate a closing date that best suited our family and the deal closed without a hitch. Not only did she sell out home without a hiccup but she then sold our neighbors home in just 6 days only a month after ours sold. I wouldn't use another Realtor in the Houston area! When Niki says she has everything under control, she means it! She was very attentive and we never had to call her with a question, she was always two steps ahead.
