When I was looking at one of the properties I was interested in, I was set up with Nikolas. Right away he contacted me to find out exactly what I was looking for in a place and what I wanted to pay monthly. From there on he would contact me daily, sometimes multiple times a day with lists of places for me to look at and I would let him know which ones I wanted to see in person. He would then immediately attempt to reach each property until an appointment was made around my schedule. At first I would love something listed, then once I saw it in person I wasnt happy with it. Nikolas was very understanding and determined to find me exactly what I was looking for at the cost I wanted, and he did!! About a month or so later I saw a place that I loved and was positive this was for me. He helped make the transition into my new place easy and stress free. He even followed up with me multiple times afterward just to make sure that all was well. His number one concern is the person hes helping and he is genuine about wanting to find what youre looking for instead of some who pushes you toward things you dont want. He was always helpful and very responsive. So much so that I would highly recommend him! Right now Im renting but once I decide to purchase a place, I will definitely be reaching out to him again for assistance. I am beyond grateful for his help with everything. If youre looking for someone who wont try to sell you whats on their list but will instead will help you find exactly what youre looking for, hes the guy that will make sure you get exactly that.

The market was very overcrowded with buyers during this time. Nikolas stayed up late to put in offers on time. Always got us information and showings that we asked for on time. At times adjusted his schedule to get us a showing on time. He also kept it positive and ensured us we would find a home ( and he did). He is very dedicated to his craft and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for real estate.
