Nina is a fantastic realtor. She helped us find a truly fantastic home in a short amount of time. Nina is professional, friendly, follows through on everything she says she is going to do in a timely fashion, and makes you feel important. When we realized we wanted a house a little different than what we initially thought we wanted, she was able to take us to more than 10 houses the very next day, all before I had to be at work in the afternoon. Through the negotiation process Nina was knowledgable and professional, always working to put contract details in our favor where possible, which is essential in today's competitive market. When we had trouble with our mortgage company through no fault of our own, she was able help us navigate through that struggle and save the deal. Nina even has great referrals for all the services anyone needs when moving into a new home, even providing a free service that arranged disconnecting and reconnecting utilities, internet and tv for us. She contacted us once we moved into our home to make sure we are doing well. We couldn't be happier with Nina and the service we received.
