- Ninfa and I connected, but did no business
My husband and I are in the process of buying a home in Florida. We made an offer on one of Ninfa properties and she flat out told our agent she does not work with contingent offers. Our offer was contingent because of the sale of our current home that has a contract on it. She said there were multiple offers and for us to make our best offer. We were the highest bid with most money down but Ninfa talked seller out of our contract because of the contingency. So my guess is Ninfa doesn’t like to represent her sellers that are probably buying another home which will be contingent on their current home selling. We feel like it was a shady business deal on her end. I certainly would not recommend this agent for any real estate transaction!
