Born to immigrant Portuguese parents and raised on a dairy farm most her life, Nivia is accustomed to working from sun up to sun down. This ability will allow her to help you see your dreams of a new home come true When Nivia is not engaged in work or volunteering, she dedicates her time to her two children. Alongside her husband Joe, they prioritize family values. Their son, Matthew, is a student at California State University, Sacramento, while their daughter, Olivia, is a high school student at Lemoore High School. Olivia is actively involved in FFA, water polo, and swimming. Any remaining free time is devoted to traveling to their favorite beach destinations.
