Noah helped us buy and sell. We called Noah to give us a Market Analysis for our home and we felt she was right on with the value. We put the house on the market and received an offer almost immediately. We then realized there was nothing on the market in our budget that was worth selling our home for, so we declined the offer. We got nervous and told Noah that we wanted to take the house of the market and find a house to buy first. This was a new situation for Noah but she was very understanding and worked with us. She found us a home to buy in our same neighborhood, in our budget and hit all of our check marks that never even hit the market. So, we listed our home again and got another great offer right away and accepted. Noah checked in on us and even helped out with things that the attorney is responsible for.
