Noe Favela

Noe, brought through more "hopeful home buyers" that any other real estate that we had up to that time. He was responsive to our needs and if we were not there, he even straightened up the house to present it. He was always most courteous and it was a pleasure to speak to him. We cannot say enough good things about him!!

We used Noe to rent out our Condo in Wheaton. We had used a different realtor in the past to find a renter and had a horrible experience! I was beginning to think using a realtor was a waste of money! We decided to try again with Noe, and the experience was absolutely amazing! His communication throughout the entire time frame was excellent! I knew how many showings were scheduled, what to expect the entire time and he helped guide us on details needed. He has also been a great resource for handyman and such needed! Will never use anyone else for renting or selling in this area! The value he brings definitely exceeds the cost!

Noe is the best in the business it was great working with him he helped me sell my house in no time I was to have it refinanced in a mortgage place but they didn't help me the way I had expected I wish I had contact him before for advise.
