- Noel helped me buy a home
Noel helped us buy 2 homes and sold one for us. He always made us feel like top priority. Could count on him to show us homes we wanted to see with very little notice. Negotiated with the new home builder to get us everything we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. When selling our home he made the process go so smoothly, turned what could have been an extremely stressful process into a very smooth one. If we ever move again we will 100% be using Noel to sell our home and buy a new one.
- Noel helped me buy a home
Is good person, and I think is a good friend I’m happy.
Noel was amazing in the process of selling our home. Due to his charisma and years of experience he was able to sell our home sight unseen before an open house even took place! I had heard from neighbors that he worked fast to sell a home but I never dreamed it would sell less than a week of meeting with him! I highly recommended Noel if you are looking to purchase or sell a home as he is extremely knowledge and patient throughout the process.
