We rated the listings with her computer program that allows you to sort into love, hate, or not sure. That Saturday she showed us our ten favorite listings. As soon as we walked Into house number two we knew it was our dream home. She showed us all the other houses on the list but at the end of the day we took a look at our favorite and knew we had to buy it. Aside from being professional, kind, and knowledgeable Noemi is an amazing negotiator. The asking price was within our budget but a little more than we actually wanted to spend. Noemi was able to negotiate an amazing price with only two rounds of offer and counter offers. We would never buy a house from anyone else but Noemi, if you want to live in Piermont neither should you. She is a Piermont resident, expert, and amazing resource for everything.
