Nooshi Naderi

Outstanding. Nooshi offered the trio of skills that really made us happy we found her. She knows how to put a package together, knows all about financing, and knows deign, i.e., how to put the house together to get the maximum value and enjoyment out of it. 5 stars.

I hired Nooshi to sell my home because of her experience in design along with her real estate smarts. She recommended about $30,000 in upgrades that, at first, seemed nuts to me. But after getting past my attachments to my home (I'd lived there and raised my family there for 27 years!) I saw she was right; my home was dated. Nooshi guided me to remake the look of my home with new paint colors, modernized bathroom, new lighting. The result was a ton of interest in my house, multiple offers (including buyers offering pre-emptive offers), and my $30,000 investment and Nooshi's salesmanship sold my home for about $120K over what I was expecting. I found it hard to accept that I had to change the look of my home to get a great sales price, but she held my hand through that. She made great connections with interested buyers and their agents and followed up every detail of the sale so there were no hitches. So, it is 1.5 years later and Nooshi helped me purchase a new home in Oakland. 24 hours after I saw the home and said I wanted it, she got the owner to accept my offer even before any open house was held. A combination of Nooshi's aggressive business sense and charm somehow got the owner to accept my pre-emptive offer. Nooshi shepherded the escrow to close in 10 days with no hitches.
