She was very understanding when we had to suspend our home search momentarily and didn't miss a beat when we resumed our search. As a person that researches even the smallest purchase I must admit I was overwhelmed by the complexity of buying a home. My preparation was limited of this endeavor and it required for us to trust Norma. She was exceptional from start to finish in her instincts, knowledge, and attentiveness. She recommended Chris to be our inspector and it was the perfect choice. The master builder of this new subdivision came away impressed and thanked us for choosing him. They took care of everything that Chris the inspector had added on the report. Towards the end of the proccess I started thinking of Norma more as a friend of the family than our realtor. She even contributed more to our closing costs when we were told the seller would not pay for the title policy. In conclusion, Norma literally exceeded expectations and the client experience ratings above. She made me and my family very happy and I will forever be grateful for her.

This is the second time we have used Norma buying/selling our house. She did an exceptional job each time. More than that she has become a dear friend to our family. I think she showed us over 40 houses when we were looking for a house and she never made us feel like we were putting her out. Selling our last house, God bless her. We had the worst buyers ever. I believe it was the 5th contract that actually closed. It was a very rough sell, but she helped keep us motivated and confident. We actually closed with an offer higher than we were asking.

Norma made our experience smooth and easy. My husband and I were first time sellers/buyers and Norma answered every question we had threw out the whole experience.
