Normajean was recommended to us as a Realtor that worked in our Alderbrook community in Union, Washington. We did not know her, so we invited her over for an interview. During our first interview we informed Normajean of our goals. Not all Realtors will go above and beyond what is expected, but Normajean sure did! Normajean is on top of all real estate changes and kept us informed throughout our entire transaction. One of our major goals and concerns was how our home would be marketed. Normajean came to our first meeting with prices of homes sold around the Hood Canal, days they stayed on the market and had everything beautifully displayed in a notebook that we could keep. Normajean works with a top-notch photographer, and the photos of our home were fantastic. Last but certainly one of the most important things was the quality time she spent following up with interested buyers. Normajean held an open house and when an unrepresented buyer came through and loved it, she wrote an offer for them and worked hard to come to a win-win for each side all the while making sure we were 100% represented. As most people know, it takes some give and take on both sides to sell a home. Normajean was a very loving person that cared about us and the buyer. Normajean is a bulldog! She is not only kind and empathetic but she knows how to get things done! She listened and sold my 92 year-old plus parents home within a few weeks. That, in itself, is extraordinary in this market. However, even more amazing, was that she took charge of disposing all the remaining furniture and leftovers from my parents moving out into a on bedroom assisted-living home, which was an enormous undertaking. She also arranged for the home to be cleaned and arranged the house to the best possible showing shape. I know she wouldnt want to do this for every listing as it was well above the call of duty.She kept in touch throughout the entire process. We close in a week thank you Normajean!
