Very unhelpful. She didn't know anything about the property when she showed it to us. Couldn't answer a single question we had. She was able to get us a lease but then left us completely on our own when trying to get the deposit and rent. We had to work with the landlord directly and drive 5 hours in order to do Novid's job. Had to get out of lease because of an incredible family emergency and was unhelpful in attaining any information for us once again. Go with any other real estate agent and avoid any property involved with her.

Please, whatever you do, consider all your options before working with Novid Rezai. In full disclosure, Novid was the listing agent while my wife and I were the buyers trying to acquire her client's property (my wife is a RE agent). Novid is a game-player and manipulator; she would not respond to emails, fail to deliver amendments to the client, not respond to text messages, play the drama card, and flat out lie straight to our faces. She would withhold information from her own client that she felt they didn't need to know. She played the victim card, claiming we were always being rude, disrespectful, and out of line. She would hang up on the phone and refuse to call us back. Closing was a shipwreck, for no good reason; we were left baffled scratching our heads. This particular property my family was trying to purchase for a friend in grave need of housing (to which I explained to her many times). For various reasons, some admittedly my fault, the closing was delayed by a few weeks. Although we apologized and even reimbursed her client for the missed timeline and expenses, we were not able to achieve a respectable back and forth. I am a real estate professional and investor with over a dozen years of doing real estate deals. I own residential and commercial real estate alongside a variety of businesses throughout the Houston area. I'm a Professional Engineer with an BS, ME, and MBA; my wife is a Nurse Practitioner and RE Agent. I only make this statement to bolster this review, making it clear that my wife and I are educated and professional; we handle our transactions honorably and ethically. We try our best to treat everyone with the upmost respect and set clear expectations. I fully understand how a real estate transaction should progress. Novid will ruin your deals and make everything twice as hard as it needs to be. I recommend steering clear and hiring an agent that can actually help in the process. I truly hope this review helps someone avoid a catastrophe.
