Highly recommend ! Odalys went above and beyond to bring us to a successful sale under challenging circumstances. She provided helpful guidance on things we needed to do to get the house ready for sale, gave great suggestions on people to help us with contract work and sale of estate items, helped us get exposure on multiple social media sites and made sure the appraiser was well informed on upgrades that distinguished the condo from others in the same complex and was able to help us get a very fair price.
