The purchase of a new home is an exciting but daunting experience. When we began our home search, we knew that inventory for newer homes in our desired price range and in our desired location was very low. Olaf took the time to listen to our list of 'must haves', and presented us with options that allowed us to narrow down our focus and find the ideal home. Because Olaf had taken the time to discuss our previous home purchases/sales, he knew the issues that we were trying to avoid this time around (poor curb appeal, terrible floor plan, steep driveway...the list goes on). In the end, we found the perfect home for our tiny family...and shockingly, Olaf even managed to help make the entire home purchase process as stress free as possible.

Olaf was listing the home my fianc and I had our eye on. We didn't plan on working with a realtor through our home buying experience but they seemed eager to help us. I was hesitant about using the listing agent as our agent but they both were very professional and represented both sides fairly. They made our experience very pleasant and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone- buyers or sellers!

Olaf was absolutely spectacular. My wife and I looked for our first house for about 8 or 9 months before we started working with Olaf, and it was the best decision we could have ever made.He navigated us through a couple of near misses, and always were on the look-out for something that would fit us. Even though the misses at the time were painful, he always kept a positive attitude and helped keep us sane. Even though he likely has multiple clients, we always felt like we were the only ones. When looking for homes he always offered his opinion and not just what we would like to hear. When my wife and I started getting ahead of ourselves he would keep us grounded and help us review what we were looking at to make sure it was really what we wanted. When we found what we wanted he moved incredibly fast.When we finally found our house he worked seamlessly with the other agent, multiple contractors, multiple inspectors, and our mortgage broker. Even though my wife and I elected to use an out of area mortgage broker, he coordinated the operation at such a high level there was never any issues. I will recommend Olaf to anyone who is looking for an agent, whether as a first time buyer, or having owned in the past. Olaf brings different and multiple skills to the table and work fantastically together.

Olaf was very active in placing our property in front of prospective buyers and motivating other realtors to look at the offering and bring prospective buyers. We were very happy with this transaction and chose Olaf as our sellers agents due to the excellent job they did for us as buyers agents last year, assisting us in buying a property. Totally recommend him.

Olaf and Korrina are good sales people. They were prompt to respond to info needed and requests made. They knew the market and what the market could bear. I would recommend them to my friends or who ever else asks!
