Olga Buchi

Olga does not care about her clients. She is so sweet until you sign the contract after that forget it. She is always rushing, never had time for us. She had promised us a discounted rate if we let her sell our home and buy a new home through her. After we signed the contract she offered to do an open house. On the day of her husband calls me to let me know that Olga is busy and he will be hosting the open house since they work as a team. Than he continues to tell me that if he sells the house today his rate is different than Olga... really? She sold the house we were living in for less than market value and went on a cruise in the middle of contract negotiations. She always pleased the buyers and their realtor on our expense. With regards to the house we bought through her she didn’t even make it to closing. Made us do all the work with no guidance at all with regards to house inspection and appraisal and referred us to a mediocre mortgage company. I would never use her services again.
