Olga Cherney

We just sold our house with Olga and it was the fastest, most seamless and easy process. She was super fast in preparing documents, getting our house photographed (very well!), and listed almost immediately. She gave great feedback on how we should stage the house, what to leave and remove, etc. and when it was time to sell, she was able to spread the word about our property to the many contacts she has, hosted an open house on the first day and we received a fantastic offer within 24 hours. She was quick to correspond with us on updates at all times, she responded to calls, texts, emails, immediately. She knew the answer to all of our questions, and did a great job of keeping us calm. She's a true professional and knows the real estate market very, very well.

Olga was amazing, and delivered on her promise to sell our house for the price we wanted in a very timely manner. When it came time to find a new home, she was available for our many requests to view homes and make offers until we finally found the perfect home. She was helpful in pointing out features of homes we viewed that did not meet our specs, steering us to the best possible home; not pushing us into a home that would not suit our needs. I cannot say enough about Olga's expertise and her willingness to stick with us and be available while we looked for the perfect home.

We found Olga through being the listing agent on the property she was listing that we were interested in purchasing. It was a total blessing. She was knowledgeable and helped guide us every step of the way. She helped us list our home with little notice and made sure we got the best value for it. She was consistent and on top of it all hours of the day and night. We would highly recommend Olga for anyone looking to list or purchase a home
