Oliver was an excellent agent to work with! He was always there for me to ask questions and get info from and always participated in the process. He even helped out clearing brush and doing the Dirty Work at an inspection on another property that fell through. He was a pleasure to work with!

Oliver was an absolute pleasure to work with! When we began our search, my husband and I were unsure of the location we would be buying in. My husband's job was in Tacoma, we were living in Renton, and had family in Marysville needing help due to debilitating health issues. We worked with another agent who was fantastic but unable to show us homes as far South as we were considering. They worked together to make it a smooth and professional transition for us and we began working with Oliver. He was happy to travel as far South as we needed to look and after my husband's job was able to transfer him, Oliver was happy to go as far North as our needs required. We couldn't afford the majority of what was in between but never felt that we weren't a priority because we were first time home buyers, looking for state program qualifying homes. We sincerely could not have asked for a better agent. Buying a HUD home meant a lot of added rules to the paperwork process and we made a number of mistakes that weren't notably preventable (we'd learn of rules, not in the fine print, only after submitting). Oliver would drive to meet us in Everett or wherever was convenient for us, every time he needed another live signature because things had to be done over. He consistently made what could've been an extremely stressful situation, a joyful one. He is always smiling and has an infectious positive attitude. Great qualities for his industry because in the long, grueling process of buying a HUD home and participating in the MCC tax program, a calm and kind spirit is invaluable. Government rules changed multiple times during the waiting process but Oliver anticipated needs and truly went above and beyond, again and again. He was effective in meeting important deadlines for getting things done for us. When we had last minute added costs by HUD that would've made our initial costs beyond our means, he worked to make our closing costs back within our budget. He referred us to our lender as well, Caliber Homes, and they worked together to make our closing happen. We actually never once physically met with our lenders. They were effective and efficient to provide us with everything we needed via computer, phone, and/ or through delivery by Oliver. Taking care of my parents had to be my first priority and they made what seemed almost impossible at times (working within HUD's requirements) a fairly seamless process. It was a long haul for us but thankfully, Oliver, Melissa and everyone they work with, were a joy. He also recommended Baird to us for our home inspection and we could not have asked for a better inspector either. We will be calling Oliver when we are ready to sell our home and purchase our next one. Fantastic experience, bumps in the road and all. Highly recommended.

Oliver was fantastic and there every step of the way. He showed every house we wanted to see, and answered any questions we had. We ended up with the best house available in time for our plans thanks to his assistance. I will definitely ask for his help if we buy another house in the future.
