! would recommend Olivia to any first time home buyer. She was very thorough is explaining the whole process to us regarding the purchase of our 1st home. Beginning with the Loan process which helped us realize how much we could afford to negotiating a good price for us. Once we were able to open escrow on our purchase, she was very patient in helping us by explaining the steps to getting to the closing. We were very happy working with Olivia because she was very patient in understanding our anxiety during the whole process and with her skills we got a really good deal on our 1st home. We will definitely call Olivia for any future Real Estate needs. Thanks Mr. & Mrs. Jacobs
