I recently worked with Omar on the purchase of my first home. Two things that stood out about Omar from the beginning were his ability to be in constant contact with me through any medium of communication (Phone call, text, email or just meeting up) and his honesty. He is not there to get a home sold quickly. From the minute I contacted him letting him know that I was in the market for purchasing my new home to the second the keys were handed over to me, Omar was there to help make the experience educational, helpful, and as painless as possible. He is able to setup multiple searches based on the input you give him on what type of home you are looking for. Once you're ready to go to a viewing, he will be able to set something up very quickly (within a couple of hours if necessary). I work a 9 to 5 and he was able to work with my schedule for us to attend multiple viewings weekly. Once I found the home I wanted and made an offer, Omar was there to guide me every step of the way with: 1) Helping/guiding me with the ins and outs of working with the Bank of my choice to process my final loan. 2) Drawing up all the documentations and contingencies of the offer making sure that I, as a buyer, was protected from any sudden surprises should any arise (i.e. not being able to get the loan at the interest rate I wanted, home passing inspection to my liking, retaining attached appliances etc.) 3) Recommending multiple contacts for inspectors, home owners insurance companies, etc. and leaving the choice up to me with who to go with. Omar helped facilitate my searches so that I didn't have to go digging through the internet or google trying to see who/what did the best job out there. I highly recommend Omar as an agent and will use him in the future for any other real-estate-related needs as I come across them in my life.
