I'm a real estate developer and hired Omar Helmand because of his expertise in the area I was selling my latest project! Omar was very diligent, informative, persistent yet humble, in his initial interview process. After obtaining the listing he exceeded all my expectations by taking over all aspects of the selling process so comprehensively that I felt as if I had my own attorney/broker representing my interests. He took care of the vacant property as if it was his own house! The selling process proved to be a bit challenging due to the price being on the higher side for the neighborhood, however, Omar never complained or brought down the integrity of the property! He was persistent, confident and complimentary until the right buyer closed escrow! I plan to have a long standing relationship with Omar because I value outstanding individuals in their field!

Omar helped us in buying Townhouse. The market was extremely crazy when we were buying in 2012, we must have lost almost 20 offers before winning one. Omar always shown positive perspective and patience, which ultimately made us achieve our target. He uses modern techniques to do real estate business. He is not among the pushy brokers. He has good contacts and leads in the market to give you extensive information on the property. I would not have bought the property unless I had Omar as our real estate broker. Omar is very knowledgeable of Real Estate overall. This really helped as our home wasn't in the best condition but he was able to work with so many different entities (City Attorney, Code Enforcement, Bond) along with the normal stakeholders involved in a transaction. Though it all he was very easy to talk to, patient, listened well and prompt in responding.I highly recommend Omar!

Omar did an excellent job in our recent real estate purchase in Encino. He had a very tough job being a dual-agent in our case.He was originally the seller's agent but when we came in to picture without a realtor he took us as his client as well and moved the process forward with fairness and an even keel.In dealing with him I found him very responsive and punctual in the multiple requests we made.
