We found him to be very kind and personable, and have recommended him to our close friends who have also been thrilled to work with him. While we moved quickly with our purchase, I've encourage friends to start woking with Omid up to a year in advance to take advance of his relationships with lenders and guidance on the processes of down-selecting a house. We actually changed lenders and neighborhoods of interest with guidance from Omid, and as a result were able to get a better property and better loan terms then we had found on our own or with guidance from other agents.
