I would not use this company again. While I was impressed with Opha and Dianne's knowledge of the market, I felt the communication process once we had a signed contract was lacking. I emailed them and/or their closing assistant on multiple occasions for various reasons and wasn't always sure that my information had been received or that it had been passed on to the buyers as requested. There were also smaller glitches such as installing a yard sign on our property, but the quick access code listed on the sign actually brought up a listing for a different address for the first day.
