My husband and myself were in the market to sell our starter house and buy a bigger home for our growing family. Oran listed our starter home and within 2 hours, we had a full price offer and gladly accepted! As the pressure was on to find our forever home, Oran was flexible and allowed myself and my husband to view various homes in the area. We were able to settle on a solid offer for a new house and finalized the new house within 4 days of selling our old home. Oran is super helpful. If he has questions, he asks, which saves tons of time when getting you into the right place. He is funny and more than that he is honest. We ended up changing directions (like another coast) but I would use his services if we were in the area.

Not having bought or sold a house in 24 years, the process had changed a great deal. Oran advised us and guided us through the process. He understood our decisions, yet guiding us in what those decisions might mean. He gave us great tips and ideas to sell our home, knowing what would sell our house and what wouldn't. Our home had a very successful open house on Sunday and we had an offer on that Friday! Oran was patient, through the process and helped us negotiate and bargain, to a satisfying agreement. The buying process was a little more rocky for us, as we wanted something as meticulously well maintained as what we were selling (a hard find). Oran worked to ensure we could remain in our house a little longer while also ensuring we could get into our new home faster than usual. We weren't the easiest clients for Oran, but through the entire process Oran was a true professional. He won't disappoint!
