- Osaan and I connected, but did no business
He was the listing agent on a house we were looking to purchase. He kept us in limbo for weeks. He did not respond to our realtor's calls, did not press his client to sign contracts on time and basically wasted 3 weeks of our time. Also during inspection, his client tried to hide issues with the electrical and had the gas turned off so we could not inspect that. He was extremely rude and abrassive and we finally walked away for the deal due to lack of resonse for him/his client. He is a cut rate hack. Councel your clients not to buy anything from him or deal with him in any way.
