Oscar has been serving the Southern California Financial Services & Real Estate market since 1997. Prior to working in the Real Estate industry, Oscar was a United States Marine. He served 4 years Active Duty and another 4 years in the Reserves. After being Honorably Discharged, he became licensed in 1999 and has had a diverse background in the Real Estate Industry. Initially Oscar was a lender for a long period of time closing Real Estate and/or Loan transactions. He converted to exclusively selling Real Estate in 2011. Since then, Oscar has put a team together which specializes in different aspects of the Real Estate transaction.
