Working with Paige has been a great pleasure! If you are trying to sell a house in Southern Trace we would highly recommend that you use Paige. Not only does she sell your house but she sells the neighborhood to potential buyers. The person who ended up buying our house was not especially looking in Southern Trace until Paige put him in her car and gave them a tour of our neighborhood and told him about all of what Southern Trace has to offer. Paige is awesome at this! During the entire time our house was listed she had great communication with us. She's very well organized and we were impressed with the internet, print, and overall marketing of our house. Paige is the way to go when trying to sell your house in Southern Trace because she will not only sell your home but the neighborhood too!

She takes charge and gets your house sold with none of the awful problems I've heard others talk about. She and her team know Southern Trace inside and out. She helped us arrive at the right selling price and get the house ready to sell. They really have all the bases covered: professional photography, advertising, staging, showing, and quickly handling the multitude of details that arise before closing. They were always there when we needed them. We're sticking with Paige when we need a real estate broker - she's a winner.
