This is the second time we worked with Pam as an agent to buy a home and the first time to sell a home. She is great to work with and not only is she very professional but she is also very friendly and outgoing. Pam is knowledgable of the area. She listened to our needs and made sure to give us the best service at all times.

I have known Pam for at least 10 years. I used to live in CCOS and I met Pam there. In 2009, I moved to CA for work reasons and listed my house with Pam. Due to real estate crash of 2008-09, the house prices were quite low and we quickly decided instead to rent the house. Pam found a qualified tenant in a very short time and that tenant ended staying in the house for 6+ years. Throughout this time Pam kept me up to date with state of real estate in Atlanta area. Once the tenant left we decided to sell the house. We don't live nearby (we are in CA) so relied quite heavily on Pam to help us do appropriate repairs and upgrades necessary to list the house...she was absolutely fantastic in connecting us with appropriate vendors and workers to get the job done on time. We listed the house and thru Pam's marketing were able to get good bit of prospective buyer traffic which ultimately resulted in the sale of the house and the closing on May 31st. We are hugely thankful to Pam for her support thru the preparation (including fixing of house), listing and selling of our property. Her knowledge of Atlanta area real estate market, pleasant demeanor and sense of urgency was top-notch and among the best I have seen in any real estate agent (I have done at least 10 RE transactions in past 30 years)

Pam helped sell my home when several others failed. She also got me fantastic free press in Atlanta's main newspaper which resulted in my home selling within 30 days. Pam also helped me buy my current home, and at a great deal. She's the best!
